Mariner Street Apartments is a 275-unit seven story structured parking wrap project located in the highly desirable Beach Park neighborhood of Tampa. The water adjacent property is located within the Westshore Business District, the largest employment center in Tampa Bay. The project is currently in for permitting with construction anticipated to start in January 2024. First units are expected in mid 2025.
