Tim is focused on new development activity throughout Georgia. His responsibilities include market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, securing entitlements, and consultant coordination to deliver best-in-class multifamily developments. Prior to joining Woodfield, Tim held positions with conventional multifamily and student housing development companies where he managed the development of over 1,200 apartments. He earned a BS in Political Science and a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Tim and his family reside in Atlanta, GA.
