Gaines is focused on the Charleston market, assisting in pursuit of new opportunities, planning and pre-development of existing pursuits, and oversight of active deals through construction, lease up and sale. His primary responsibilities include strategic planning, consultant coordination and direction, financial modeling and feasibility analysis, and other due diligence required to maintain, and grow, the Charleston pipeline.

Prior to joining Woodfield, Gaines worked at Allen Harrison Company in Houston, focused on the development of class A multifamily projects across the major Texas markets. Gaines earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
