Bill focuses on design, preconstruction, and construction activities for Woodfield Development deals Georgia. He provides full development management from initial project feasibility studies through disposition; this includes general contractor & design partner selections, contract negotiations, project team coordination, contract & budget management and asset management coordination. Prior to his time as a Development Manager for LIV Development, Bill worked as a Project Manager for commercial general contractors in both Nashville and Birmingham. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Auburn University. Bill lives in Newnan, Georgia with his family where he is active in his church and with the BSA Flint River Council where he serves on the Executive Board and Properties Subcommittee.
